Senate Bill 92 AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ARIZONA CHILÂ DREN'S COLONY BOARD FOR SUPPLIES AND FOR STAFFING OF ARIZONA CHILDREN'S COLONY MENTAL RETARDATION CENTER AT TUCSON, ARIZONA.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section I. APPROPRIATION
The sum of one hundred eighty-four thousand dollars is appropri ated to the Arizona children's colony board for the purposes provided in section 2 of this act.
Sec. 2. PURPOSES
The appropriation made by section 1 of this act is for use in the initial staffing and administration purchasing of initial equipment and supplies for the Arizona children's colony mental retardation center constructed pursuant to chapter 121, Laws of 1967 at Tucson, as follows:1. Personal services$120,675.002. Professional services5,000.003. Travel – State970.004. Food5,275.005. Other operating expenses42,130.006. Equipment9,950.00
TOTAL Sec. 3. EMERGENCY
$184,000.00
To preserve the public peace, health and safety it is necessary that this act become immediately operative. It is therefore declared to be an emergencymeasure, to take effect as provided by law.
