Senate Bill 201 AN ACT

RELATING TO LABOR; REMOVING RESTRICTIONS ON WORKING HOURS FOR FEMALE EMPLOYEES, AND RE PEALING SECTION 23-281, ARIZONA REVISED STA TUTES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. REPEAL

Section 23-281, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

Sec. 2. EMERGENCY

To preserve the public peace, health and safety it is necessary that this act become immediately operative. It is therefore declared to be an emergency measure, to take effect as provided by law.

Failed to pass the Senate with sufficient votes to enact the emergency clause.
