Senate Bill 1013 AN ACT

RELATING TO CITIES AND TOWNS; REPEALING THE STREET POLL TAX AND THE MUNlCIPAL SLAUGHTERHOUSE LAW, AND REPEALING SECTION 9-245 AND TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE 3, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section I. Repeal

Section 9-245 and title 9, chapter 4, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, are repealed.
